Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking a DC Supervisor to oversee the distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role drives daily activity, ensures accurate and timely processing, and provides coaching and development to hourly staff.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 4-6 years warehouse experience, 1-3 years of leadership, and strong communication and conflict-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4–6 years warehouse experience.
• 1–3 years as lead or supervisor.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to read/write and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels and SKUs.
• Strong judgment and adaptability.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate daily activities to meet productivity, safety, and quality goals.
• Oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping to ensure accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to hourly staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Interview and hire new employees.
• Collaborate with departments to boost productivity.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive program implementations.
• Maintain a respectful, diverse work environment.
• Handle employee issues professionally.
