Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain production lines across multiple departments. You will help ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency while following GMP/SOP/HACCP standards.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay is $27.83 per hour plus shift differential, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 20–100 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with willingness to learn.
• Able to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP preferred.
• Ability to read production worksheets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and productivity of the line; maintain equipment operation.
• Perform adjustments, minor repairs, and changeovers as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Operate metal detectors and complete required paperwork.
• Conduct quality checks and report issues to supervisor.
• Keep equipment and facility sanitary and compliant with SOPs.
• Attend safety meetings and adhere to safety policies.
• Perform line sanitation when needed.
• Enter data on production reports.
• Contribute to Saputo's goals of quality and customer satisfaction.
