Job summary

Bonney Staffing in Turner, ME is hiring a Work from Home Customer Service Representative / Customer Success Expert to support customers with services and enrollment and drive account growth. Training is on-site in Turner, with remote work available after training and a Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule, plus one rotating Saturday per month.

You'll educate customers, assist with upsells, manage autopay, and coordinate service plans while contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
