Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness across assigned areas. The role requires proper use of cleaning equipment, adherence to safety policies, and teamwork with staff and supervisors.

The position emphasizes professional communication with customers and colleagues, with training 3–6 months preferred and forklift certification may be required. Salary is hourly with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement, 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Fluent reading and interpretation of instructions and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Present professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Assist with punch-list items during staff shortages.
