Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle janitorial duties and ensure cleanliness across assigned areas in a fast-paced environment. The role requires operating cleaning equipment, following safety policies, and teamwork to complete daily tasks.

Shifts run Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm, with compensation of $16–$17 per hour. A valid driver's license may be needed, and forklift certification could be required depending on operations.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs.
• May be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to complete tasks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
