Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead in Englewood, NJ to oversee cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas. The role includes directing custodians, scheduling and training, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities cover daily cleaning tasks, equipment operation, inventory tracking, and reporting incidents to supervisors. A high school diploma and CPR/AED/First Aid are required, with a valid driver’s license possible depending on needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related cleaning/maintenance experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and maintain assigned areas.
• Follow daily schedule and inspections for quality, service and safety.
• Provide direction and assistance to custodians as directed by supervisor.
• Assist scheduling and training of staff; operate cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents, hazards and equipment needs to supervisor.
