Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead in Englewood Cliffs, NJ to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and guide custodial staff. Forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow the daily schedule.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
• Monitor proper use of PPE and supplies; correct at-risk behavior and report.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action.
