Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role includes hazardous waste duties, operating cleaning equipment, and reporting hazards to supervision. A driver’s license and forklift certification may be required, and bilingual ability is a plus.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 5:00pm–1:30am, with a pay range of $15.00–$16.00 per hour. SBM offers comprehensive benefits and is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Bilingual a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and follow the daily schedule.
• Handle hazardous waste responsibilities per procedures (collecting, classifying, sorting, labeling, etc.).
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain assigned areas.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor; follow safety protocols.
