Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness across assigned facilities. You will perform janitorial tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and adhere to safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–6 months of training or experience, may require a driver’s license and forklift certification, and values bilingual abilities with strong communication skills. This is a Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–9:30pm position with benefits.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Bilingual is a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas.
• Perform hazardous waste handling including collection, labeling and packaging.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and report incidents to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies and procedures; maintain professional conduct.
• Support shift lead and complete punch-list items; work in a team.
