Job summary

Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking a custodian to perform general housekeeping in student residences and campus facilities. The role requires flexibility with evenings, weekends, and special events, plus possible overtime and travel between buildings on campus.

Shifts run Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., with duties including trash disposal, cleaning bathrooms, floors, and common areas, and ensuring buildings are secured upon leaving.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and interpret instructions.
• Valid driver’s license required (in state).

Responsibilities

• Dispose of trash and clean common living spaces, including appliances.
• Empty cigarette urns and clean as necessary.
• Sweep, dust mop, and wet mop areas.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpeted areas.
• Clean bathrooms, replenish supplies, and wash windows.
