Job summary

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred or equivalent
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license
• Completed safety and task training certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as scheduled
• Handle hazardous waste: collect, classify, sort, store, ship/receive, label, recycle and package
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Follow safety rules and company procedures
• Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, coworkers and customers
• Support shift lead with punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
