Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. The role emphasizes completing daily cleaning tasks, following safety protocols, and maintaining a professional work environment.

You will operate motorized cleaning equipment, handle hazardous waste responsibilities per instructions, and collaborate with team members to meet quality standards. A driver's license may be required for some assignments; evening shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work with others in a team to complete tasks.
• Follow protocols and company procedures.
