Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily duties listed on the schedule.
• Handle hazardous waste: collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies and procedures; adhere to company protocols.
• Work as part of a team and take direction from supervision.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct; understand customer service expectations.
• Understand reporting systems and environmental considerations.
