Job summary

MASS MoCA is seeking a full-time custodian for the 2nd shift at our North Adams campus. Shift is Wed-Sun, 3pm-11:30pm, with duties including cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred custodial experience and the ability to operate cleaning equipment. On-site work with occasional events and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year custodial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms, windows, trash).
• Keep buildings and grounds neat and clean.
• Assist with snow removal and sanding as needed.
• Follow safety and technical procedures as directed.
