Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian in Waltz Mill, PA to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and follow the daily schedule while wearing proper PPE and presenting a professional appearance.

The position requires strong safety awareness, basic reading of procedures, and teamwork. Education is not required, but 3–6 months of training or experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required based on business needs.
• Bilingual a plus is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
