Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. The role involves following a daily schedule, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining a professional presence while working in a team environment.

Qualifications include no formal education required with 3–6 months training preferred, bilingual is a plus, and a focus on safety and accurate reporting of hazards. Evening shift 3pm–8pm and compensation $15–$16 per hour.

• Willing to work with safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team with other employees.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
