Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain sanitation and cleanliness across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and manage hazardous waste per safety rules. This position emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and professional communication with staff and customers.

The role requires 3–6 months of related experience or training, with a shift of Monday–Friday evenings and compensation around $19.25–$20.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, manuals and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and teamwork.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; basic safety training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and follow daily schedule.
• Handle hazardous waste responsibly, including collection, sorting and labeling.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain areas daily.
• Report incidents and hazards to supervisor and follow safety rules.
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate with staff and customers.
