Job summary

C&W Services is hiring a Cleaner for the 2nd shift in Raleigh, NC. You will perform a range of custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, floor care, window and surface cleaning, and restroom restocking under the supervision of the Custodial Manager.

Responsibilities include using floor buffers and shampoo machines, vacuuming offices and public areas, performing periodic dusting, and reporting equipment issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for basic cleaning tasks.
• Must follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and be a cooperative team member.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Must use a portable backpack vacuum.
• Attention to detail and energy to deliver quality service.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and clean floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines and attachments.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; perform dusting and high-dusting as needed.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash daily in approved containers.
