Job summary

Montgomery County Public Schools is seeking a Building Services / Custodial worker for Springbrook High School in Silver Spring. The role involves cleaning interiors, maintaining grounds, and supporting emergency facility response as needed.

Training is provided; the position is full-time with an evening schedule (2:30–11:00 PM) and regular overtime or night work may be required. Uniforms are provided; safety and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of the ninth grade required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in general cleaning of buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform building cleaning and grounds maintenance in schools and administrative buildings.
• Operate and maintain custodial equipment following safety procedures.
