Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of the ninth grade required; High School diploma preferred.
• Experience in general cleaning of buildings.
• Must be able to obtain boiler certificate and operate low‑pressure boilers.

Responsibilities

• Perform building cleaning and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Operate custodial and grounds care equipment.
• Maintain security and safety of facilities during shifts.
• Possess boiler certificate and follow in‑service training requirements.
