Springbrook High School in Silver Spring seeks a Building Services / Custodial staff member for part-time work (0.500 FTE) with a 12-month schedule. You will perform cleaning, facilities and grounds maintenance in the school and related buildings, following safety guidelines and using custodial equipment.

Requirements include completion of the ninth grade (HS or GED preferred) and experience in general cleaning.

Formación

• Completion of the ninth grade required. High School or GED diploma preferred.
• Experience in general cleaning of buildings and grounds.
• Ability to operate custodial and grounds care equipment.
• Ability to communicate with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Perform building cleaning, facilities and grounds maintenance in schools and administrative buildings.
• Operate and maintain custodial and grounds equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
