Responsibilities

• Clean floors, rugs, and rest rooms; sanitize facilities.
• Move and set up office furniture and equipment for college functions.
• Perform floor maintenance with appropriate machines and tools.
• Seasonal snow removal and outdoor area maintenance as needed.
• Report damages and schedule maintenance on building systems.
