Job summary

Madison County Commission in Alabama seeks an experienced Custodial Supervisor to lead cleaning teams, train staff, and coordinate daily schedules to ensure standards are met.

You will oversee custodial staff, perform daily quality checks, and communicate with county directors, staff and the public. A high school diploma and 2 years of commercial custodial experience are required; valid Alabama driver’s license and ability to operate cleaning equipment are also expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years full-time commercial custodial experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to operate cleaning tools/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cleaning activities for Custodial Staff.
• Train and educate Custodial Staff in cleaning techniques.
• Schedule staff to ensure work is performed properly.
• Perform daily checks to ensure areas are cleaned according to standards.
• Oversee work and communicate with County directors, staff and the public.
