Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Custodial Lead in Huntsville, AL to oversee cleaning operations and provide direction to custodial staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year custodial experience, CPR/AED/First Aid, and a valid driver's license; forklift certification may be required. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a pay rate of $19–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related custodial experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and cleanliness.
• Track supply inventory and assist in purchasing supplies.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Drive to various work locations as needed.
