Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead in Lincoln, AL to oversee cleaning operations and provide guidance to custodial staff. The role involves performing janitorial duties, equipment operation, and assisting in scheduling and training while ensuring safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and possibly a driver’s license. The position offers a stable schedule Monday–Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm with a pay rate of $15.00–$16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• May need a valid driver's license and forklift certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety procedures and manuals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track inventory, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents, hazards, and personnel issues to supervisor.
