Job summary

Enviro-Clean Services, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Janitorial Manager to support custodial operations in a school environment. This hands-on leadership role focuses on training staff, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Senior or lead-level supervisory experience in custodial/facilities environments.
• Experience in cleaning, facilities, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support custodial staff to ensure consistent quality.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily operational needs.
• Lead by example by maintaining cleanliness and professionalism.
• Step in to assist with cleaning tasks as needed.
• Support the Manager with communication and team coordination.
