Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial services, preferably in a supervisory or quality control role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and coach a diverse custodial team.
• Flexibility to work a 40-hour per week schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and products, with a strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff, ensuring cleaning tasks meet high standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Train and coach custodial team on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.

• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; coordinate additional material orders.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in janitorial services; adopt new techniques as applicable.
• Implement sustainable cleaning practices and promote eco-friendly products.
