Qualifications

• Two years of direct custodial experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and follow safety precautions.
• Strong communication and dependable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodians and provide coaching and feedback.
• Plan work schedules and ensure shift coverage.
• Coordinate supplies and equipment for sites.
• Train staff in cleaning techniques and SDS safety.
• Perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks.
• Maintain positive relations with staff, clients, and the public.
• Support seasonal tasks and high-need cleaning.
• Work independently or with teams to meet standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
