Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; foreign education appraised if earned outside the United States.
• One year of experience as a custodian is required; relevant school-system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct routine building and grounds maintenance, including cleaning, snow removal, and lawn care.
• Inspect building security and cleanliness; ensure custodial staff is trained on securing buildings.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and minor repairs; operate cleaning equipment and grounds machinery as needed.
• Fill dispensers, move furniture, wash surfaces; maintain bathrooms and floors to high standards.
