Qualifications

• Five years' experience in the custodial field with two years of supervisory experience required.
• Must wear company-issued uniforms.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an alternate point of contact for Goodwill Industries at the worksite.
• Ensure at least one management team member is on duty during work time.
• Assist in training new or transferred custodial workers.
• Supervise and recommend disciplinary action for custodial workers.
• Perform custodial duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Address all customer complaints promptly.
• Inventory and request supplies to maintain stock.
• Act as a positive role model in professional performance.
