Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead - PT to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of designated areas and provide direction to custodial staff. The role requires hands-on supervision and coordination with the Custodial Supervisor.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years related experience, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and possibly forklift certification. Valid driver’s license may be needed. The compensation is $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow the daily schedule and perform assigned tasks.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule cleanup and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and manage supplies inventory.
• Assist in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee and customer issues to supervisor.
• Monitor PPE usage and correct at-risk behavior.
• May need to drive to various locations for work.
• Provide recommendations for area improvements.
