Job summary

The Embassy Suites Georgetown is seeking a Cook PM to join their culinary team. This role focuses on preparing food items per recipes and standards for both restaurant and banquet services, with evenings shifts and event support.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be able to speak and write fluent English, and be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior culinary experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Previous culinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products.
• Stock and maintain designated food station(s).
• Practice correct food handling and storage procedures.
