Job summary

Embassy Suites Georgetown is seeking an AM/PM Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role prepares items per recipes and standards to support the hotel's restaurants and banquets, with a focus on quality and efficient service.

Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required to ensure smooth operations during events. The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior culinary experience is preferred, with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous culinary experience is preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Answer guest orders in a friendly, timely manner and manage service flow.
• Know menu items and ingredients; stock and maintain stations.
• Assist with banquet service and events as needed.
