Crumbl Cookies is seeking an Evening Crew Member for the Dawley Farm location in Sioux Falls, SD. Learn to bake, box, greet customers, and keep the bakery clean while supporting a fast-paced team.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Must be 16 or older, reliable, and bring a positive attitude. Starting pay is $11/hour with tips; flexible scheduling and growth opportunities to Trainer or Lead roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Dependable and punctual with a good attendance record.
• Cheerful, positive attitude and enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

• Bake and prepare weekly rotating menu items.
• Ball, shape, decorate, and top cookies.
• Box and package orders for customers.
• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Answer questions and create memorable experiences.
• Keep the bakery clean and organized.
• Complete closing and cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team to stay productive during busy shifts.
• Jump in wherever you’re needed.
