Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Maryland is seeking friendly crew members to bake, decorate, and serve customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No prior baking experience is required; training is provided, and you will learn the Crumbl method while helping deliver delicious cookies to the community. Flexible full-time and part-time roles with weekend availability and a supportive team await.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Reading, understanding, and executing recipes in English.
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies.
• Decorating and displaying finished products.
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure food safety and quality controls.
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Taking client information and ensuring deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

Here at Crumbl we are searching for vibrant and positive people who will be a part of bringing the world’s best cookies to our community. You will bake and decorate a lot of cookies, clean up, interact with customers taking orders, and did we mention you will get to bake a lot of cookies! We will train you to bake, and we believe anybody who is eager and willing to learn the Crumbl way can be a successful part of our team.

Note: Minors are subject to minor wages & Must provide Minor work permit on first day of employment.

Be able to work 20 hrs a week including Friday & Sat. Weekend availability is required.

Accepting availability for any of these time frames:

• MORNING (5am-12pm)
• AFTERNOON (12p-6p)
• NIGHT (6p-1a)

Mon - Thurs from 8am - 10pm

Fri - Sat from 8am - 12am

Sun CLOSED

Pay: $14.00- $16 per hour + Tips ($16 Guaranteed Hourly Rate)

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
