Job summary

Crumbl Cookies — Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Evening Crew Member to join our Crumbl Crew. No prior restaurant or baking experience is required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.

You’ll bake and prepare our rotating menu, box orders, greet customers, and help keep the bakery clean and organized. You’ll work with a team to keep shifts moving and have opportunities to grow into Trainer or Lead.

Starting pay is $11/hour plus tips, with typical total earnings of $13–$15/hour.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a member of the Crumbl Crew, you'll learn how to do a little bit of everything:

No previous restaurant or baking experience is required. We'll provide on‑the‑job training and teach you the Crumbl way.

THE SCHEDULE

Evening shifts typically run through 10:30 PM.

We know our team members have school, sports, activities, families, and lives outside of work. That's why we offer flexible scheduling and work with your availability.

We're looking for people who can consistently commit to the shifts they accept.

PAY & PERKS

Starting at $11/hour + tips

Our team typically earns an additional $2–$4/hour in tips, making typical total earnings approximately $13–$15/hour.
