Crumbl Cookies is seeking an Evening Crew Member for the Dawley Farm location in Sioux Falls, SD. Learn to bake, box, greet customers, and keep the bakery clean while supporting a fast-paced team.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Must be 16 or older, reliable, and bring a positive attitude. Starting pay is $11/hour with tips; flexible scheduling and growth opportunities to Trainer or Lead roles.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a member of the Crumbl Crew, you'll learn how to do a little bit of everything:

• Bake and prepare our weekly rotating menu
• Ball, shape, decorate, and top cookies
• Box and package orders
• Greet customers and provide exceptional service
• Answer questions and help create memorable customer experiences
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, and ready for our guests
• Complete closing and cleaning responsibilities
• Work together with your team to keep things moving during busy shifts
• Jump in wherever you're needed

No previous restaurant or baking experience is required. We'll provide on-the-job training and teach you the Crumbl way.

THE SCHEDULE

Evening shifts typically run through 10:30 PM.

We know our team members have school, sports, activities, families, and lives outside of work. That's why we offer flexible scheduling and work with your availability.

We're looking for people who can consistently commit to the shifts they accept.

PAY & PERKS

Starting at $11/hour + tips

Our team typically earns an additional $2–$4/hour in tips, making typical total earnings approximately $13–$15/hour.
