Job summary

Lakeland Mental Health Center is seeking a Crisis Services Mental Health Practitioner II to deliver after-hours crisis services to adults and children in Clay County, under supervision. The role collaborates with first responders, conducts crisis assessments, and supports community outreach.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 5pm–1am, with a $6/hour evening differential. LMHC offers a competitive salary and benefits package with full-time, on-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or behavioral health with 2000 hours supervised experience.
• Driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours crisis services to adults and children within Clay County under the crisis services supervisor.
• Collaborate with first responders, including law enforcement and emergency personnel.
• Conduct crisis assessments and provide outreach to the community.
