Marion County seeks a part-time Crisis Clinician to deliver crisis evaluations at a 24/7 crisis center, with weekend shifts and supervision support. The role partners with local emergency departments and community-based teams to assess individuals and coordinate care.

We offer licensure supervision and a benefits package. Salaries span two levels based on credentials, with ongoing training and support for complex cases in Salem and surrounding facilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy or a behavioral science field, or Bachelor’s in Nursing with Oregon license.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with Oregon license or QMHP waiver per Oregon Health Authority.
• Preference for applicants with licensure where possible.

Responsabilités

• Provide crisis assessment and intervention services to individuals and families.
• Perform counseling and case management with adults as needed.
• Coordinate with hospitals, jails, and community agencies for referrals.
• Attend BHCC team meetings and perform duties as assigned.
