Job summary

Lakeland Mental Health Center is seeking a Crisis Services Urgent Care Coordinator to oversee the Urgent Care program’s crisis services, resource coordination, and outreach under the Crisis Services Supervisor. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a behavioral health field and substantial supervised experience in mental health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or university.
• Completion of 2000–4000 hours of supervised mental health experience.
• Two (2) years’ experience working in crisis services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate specific aspects and services of the Urgent Care program.
• Provide crisis services.
• Coordinate community resources.
• Market the Urgent Care services under supervision.
