Job summary

Center for Community Resources in Ebensburg, PA seeks a Crisis Intervention Specialist for the evening shift (4pm–12am). You will provide crisis counseling, de-escalation, and connection to community mental health resources in Cambria County.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field and one year of mental health experience. A valid driver’s license and clearances are required. Competitive benefits, PTO, and schedule flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field and one year of mental health experience.
• Valid driver’s license and FBI/Act 33/34 clearances required.
• Experience in crisis services or mental health field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis counseling, referral, and linking to community resources.
• De-escalate crisis situations and coordinate with a supportive team.
• Maintain confidentiality and document interactions per agency policy.
