Job summary

Center for Community Resources is seeking a Crisis Intervention Specialist to provide mobile mental health crisis intervention and safety assessments in Forest-Warren Counties, PA. The role requires on-call rotation and the ability to respond after hours, weekends, and holidays.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus mental health experience is required, with RN considered as alternative. On-call compensation includes a higher hourly rate and a weekly stipend when covering shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of mental health experience.
• Licensed RN or equivalent preferred; relevant coursework in human services is advantageous.
• Act 33/34 and FBI clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile mental health crisis intervention and safety assessment.
• Complete reports and documentation promptly; maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain quality standards and exercise sound judgement; cover evenings/weekends/holidays.
