Job summary

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP is seeking a dedicated staff member to provide copy, print, and scanning services in a timely manner. The role runs 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities on other shifts including overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include handling production requests, maintaining equipment, performing finishing tasks, and safeguarding confidential information in line with firm policy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Xerox production equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment.
• Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written.
• Available to assist with overtime on other shifts, including overnight, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes document requests using production equipment.
• Performs general maintenance of equipment and maintains supplies.
• Provides finishing services of documents as needed using spiral, velo or wire-bind equipment.
• Handles confidential and sensitive information in accordance with firm policy.
• Writes complete and accurate entries in Sharepoint log.
• Monitors job for conformance to user request.
