Essential Functions

• Operate digital copiers, printers, and finishing equipment (e.g., binders, folders, laminators).
• Review job orders and ensure accuracy of print specifications (e.g., size, color, paper type, quantity).
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs with service technicians.
• Monitor inventory of paper, toner, and other supplies; order materials as needed.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

• Full-time; Monday‑Friday; 7am to 4pm.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a print or copy center environment preferred.
• Familiarity with digital printing equipment (e.g., Xerox, Canon, Ricoh) a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and print job software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
