Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Cook Supervisor - Hourly for the Charlotte, NC area. This full-time role runs 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm, five days a week, with rotating weekends. Prior commercial kitchen experience is required and ServSafe is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervises food-service associates and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Trains employees and directs work assignments; evaluates performance.
• Monitors purchasing to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
• Ensures food safety using HACCP guidelines and proper portion control.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment per policy.
• Labels and rotates stored food to minimize spoilage.
• Assists with meal service and gathers customer feedback.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
