Responsibilities

• Sets up and maintains food production and quality control in the kitchen.
• Assigns duties to associates for efficient kitchen operation.
• Ensures proper storage, handling, portion control, and presentation of food items.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas and reports equipment issues.
• Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; trains and schedules staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
