Qualifications

• Healthcare cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes.
• Ensures food served at correct temperatures and presentations meet standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen per HACCP.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Supports in production planning and record keeping.
