Cook II is a core member of the Food & Nutrition team at Cook Children's Health Care System in Fort Worth, responsible for organizing ingredients, planning and preparing food items in assigned production areas, and setting up foods by designated times to meet customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Chef/Sous Chef/Supervisor on daily activities and maintaining sanitation of cooking equipment and work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare, institutional or restaurant cooking to include food preparation.

Responsabilités

• Organize ingredients, plan and prepare food items in assigned production areas.
• Set up foods by designated times and meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Coordinate with the Chef/Sous Chef/Supervisor on daily activities; maintain cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area.
