Job summary

ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is seeking a Cook in Lincoln, Nebraska to accurately and efficiently fulfill prep lists, tasks, and food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events. The role supports client standards and HACCP guidelines in a high-volume kitchen environment.

The position requires the ability to work 3:00 pm to 12:00 am, Monday through Friday with weekend duties as needed, and at least 1 year of culinary experience or equivalent education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
• Basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques as required by your work assignment

Responsibilities

• Clock in and out for workday and clock in and out during breaks
• Always provide the highest quality of service in accordance with ISS/Guckenheimer and client standards
• Utilize food preparation procedures in accordance with current applicable guidelines and regulations
• Execute NetMenu recipe preparation of food items, as directed by production sheets
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment and follow rules and procedures
• Notify management of any ingredient discrepancies or safety concerns
• Attend all meetings of the day
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
