ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is seeking a Cook to accurately fulfill prep lists and food production for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events at our Wayne, CA site. Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with emphasis on HACCP compliance and delivering high-quality service.

Role requires at least 1 year of professional cooking experience or equivalent education; you will handle slicers, mixers, food processors and other equipment while maintaining cleanliness and safety daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional cooking experience or education equivalent.
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow procedures.

Responsabilités

• Clock in and out for the workday and breaks as required.
• Prepare food according to recipes and production sheets.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment daily.
• Notify management of ingredient or safety issues promptly.
• Attend daily meetings and follow client standards.
